Welcome to Aires de Fiesta Studio. By placing an order, requesting a quote, booking a service, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Most Aires de Fiesta products are custom-made specifically for each celebration. Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, wording, colors, quantities, and other event information. When a digital proof is provided, production will begin after approval. Once approved, changes may require additional fees and may affect the delivery date.

Includes:

  • Development of unique custom designs

  • Adaptation across multiple formats and sizes

  • Preparation of print-ready artwork

  • Color testing and adjustments

  • Printing across different materials

  • Assembly, application, and hand-finished personalization

Estimated turnaround time: 7–10 business days after design approval and receipt of the required deposit.

Any visual references provided will be used solely as inspiration and creative direction. The final design will be an original creative proposal and may include, adapt, or exclude elements at our design discretion. Not all elements shown in the references will necessarily be incorporated, and the final design will not be limited exclusively to the examples provided.

Colors may vary slightly between digital screens and printed or handmade products. Because many items are handmade, minor variations are expected and are part of the nature of personalized products.

Custom Orders & Design Approval

An order or event date is not confirmed until the required payment or booking deposit has been received. Remaining balances must be paid by the date specified on the invoice or booking agreement.

Applicable taxes and delivery, travel, setup, rush, or customization fees will be disclosed before purchase when applicable.

We make every effort to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and photographs accurate. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors and to update products, services, and these Terms when necessary, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom items generally cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, except where required by applicable Puerto Rico law.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved design or description, please contact Aires de Fiesta promptly so we can evaluate and provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. This policy does not limit any rights provided to consumers under Puerto Rico law.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Aires de Fiesta Box & Event Services

Aires de Fiesta Box bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after the required booking payment is received. The client is responsible for providing a safe, accessible, and appropriate location for the machine. Additional charges may apply for travel, extended rental time, additional stickers, customizations, difficult access, or services outside the original booking.

Specific cancellation, rescheduling, weather, damage, delivery, setup and collection terms applicable to the Box will be disclosed in the corresponding quote or rental agreement.

Original designs, graphics, photographs, branding, product concepts, website content, and other creative materials created by Aires de Fiesta remain the intellectual property of Aires de Fiesta unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or reselling the design without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

Purchase does not transfer copyright ownership or grant permission for commercial use, resale, or monetization of the design.
