After booking:

01. Inspiration
You'll send us your invitation, event colors, theme and any inspiration you'd like us to consider.

02. Design
We'll create the personalized elements included in your selected package.

03. Approval
You'll receive your design proof for review.

04. Production
Once approved, your stickers and machine details move into production.

Design approval

One round of minor revisions should be included.

Additional revisions, major concept changes or redesign requests can carry an additional design fee.

Once final approval is received and production has begun, changes cannot be guaranteed.

To create your experience, we'll need:

• Invitation or inspiration images, when available
• Names/initials/date to be incorporated
• Preferred personalized sticker concepts
• Venue access/setup information

We bring the Fiesta to you.

Delivery, professional setup and pickup within our designated standard service area are included where specified in your package.

Events outside our standard service area may require an additional travel fee based on:

Distance • Travel time • Tolls • Parking • Venue accessibility

Any parking, valet or venue access charges required for delivery/setup/pickup are the client's responsibility.

Venue access

The client is responsible for confirming that the venue permits the Fiesta Box and provides adequate access for delivery and collection.

We require a level, dry and protected area for installation.

For outdoor celebrations, placement must be completely protected from rain, excessive moisture and unsafe weather conditions.

Reservation

Your event date is not secured until the required booking retainer and signed agreement have been received.

30% non-refundable retainer
to reserve the event date.

Remaining balance:
Due 14 days before the event.

Because sometimes plans change.

Retainers are non-refundable, as your event date is reserved exclusively for you and design/preparation work begins before your celebration.

For cancellations made after production has begun, payments associated with completed design, personalization, printing and materials are non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule are subject to Fiesta Box availability for the new date.

Any completed personalized materials may need to be reproduced for the new event and can incur additional charges.

Cancellations very close to the event date may result in the full balance becoming non-refundable.

Can the Fiesta Box match my party theme?
Absolutely. That's kind of our thing. ✨ Personalization varies according to your selected package.

Can I choose the sticker designs?
You'll collaborate with us on the personalized designs. Coordinating themed stickers are curated to complement the overall concept.

Can I order more stickers?
Yes. Additional quantities can be added before the production deadline.

Can guests choose which sticker they receive?
Fiesta Box is designed to preserve the vending-machine surprise experience, so the sticker dispensed depends on the machine configuration.

Do you stay during the event?
Standard packages include professional setup and collection but not continuous attendant service. Attendant service is available with qualifying packages/add-ons.

Can Fiesta Box be outdoors?
Only when placed in an adequately covered, dry and weather-protected area.

Can I move the machine after setup?
No. Please contact Aires de Fiesta if placement needs to be changed.

What happens to leftover stickers?
Personalized remaining stickers are yours to keep.

How early should I book?
Because every Fiesta Box experience involves custom design and production, advance booking is strongly recommended. Dates are subject to availability.
